This product integrates a variable-frequency power supply, an intermediate transformer, a measurement system, and a selector switch, all housed in a single enclosure.
The overall system design is suitable for the following voltage levels:
Single-phase transformers
1. High voltage: 36 kV and below (36 kV–4.16 kV)
2. Low voltage: 0.12–1.5 kV
3. Impedance: 2–8%
4. Capacity: single-phase pole-mounted transformers and ground-mounted transformers, with a maximum voltage of 500 kVA
5. Compliance standards: IEC 60076/IEEE C57.12.90-2021
Custom test transformers with special parameters can be customized
System measurement accuracy: precision transformers with 0.05-class accuracy / using YOKOGAWA WT500 or higher power analyzers
One-time wiring can be provided based on the DC resistance, turns ratio, insulation resistance, no-load, load, inductive withstand voltage, and power-frequency withstand voltage of the transformer under test. The computer program will automatically complete the test, automatically calculate the results, and export the factory test report after the test is finished.
