This product integrates a distribution cabinet, variable-frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, compensation capacitor, measurement system, and power-frequency test transformer into one integrated box.
The overall system design is suitable for the following voltage levels:
Three-phase/single-phase transformers
🟦 High voltage: 36 kV and below (36 kV–4.16 kV)
🟦 Low voltage: 0.12–1.5 kV
🟦 Impedance: 2–10%
🟦 Capacity: oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, with voltage up to 5000 kVA

🟦 System measurement accuracy: precision transformers with accuracy class 0.05/YOKOGAWA WT500 and above power analyzers
DC resistance and turns ratio are tested by one-time wiring through the test vehicle. Data can be uploaded to the regular test system. No-load, load, inductive withstand voltage, and power-frequency withstand voltage tests are all manually wired according to the test procedure, while the computer program automatically completes the tests. After the tests are finished, the results are automatically calculated, and the factory test report is exported.
